Really extremely good sushi. Very recommendable. Quality, taste and garnish are really tasty and consistently very good. Some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. We had the Jacci Sushi Special menu.

The lunch menu at JACCI is great! The price-performance ratio is really good, especially because the food tastes great. So far only eaten vegetarian and was very enthusiastic every time. The service is very friendly and attentive despite the midday business. Big plus point: when you order food, the dishes are packed in plastic-free containers. In good weather you can sit outside great. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated.

The restaurant on site is quite ok. However, as far as the delivery service is concerned, a disaster. Extremely late delivery and cold food. In terms of quality, like any average Asian on Lieferando, only with far more expensive prices. Will definitely never order anything there again.

I went here for dinner the first time and the food is delicious. The price is right for Munich and we didn't leave hungry. Then I ordered again to pick up and they were punctual, the food was warm and again, delicious. I will undoubtedly come again! :)

The pictures look much better than the dish actually tastes. Portions are also very moderate. If you order something with shrimps or beef do not expect more than two pieces/slices. Waiting time is too long, the waitresses are not well-organized.

Amazing food and very friendly service. I had the prawn dumplings and crispy duck with ginger both of which were excellent.

⭐ Nice ambient ⭐ Fast service ⭐ Kind personnel - Food is ok but nothing special and you can get more or less the same quality for half the price or a little more from most Asians. - Beer was not mixed well. So, overall ok but price-performance isn't high.

Staff are friendly and competent, and the food is great. Warning for vegetarians though, nearly everything (including the vegetarian options) has fish sauce. But they will replace with soja sauce if you ask

In the summer it was very nice outside, I like the good service and the duck is delicious. Inside is unfortunately not that big, let's see how they cope with the cold season.

The two stars are there for the friendly staff and the really beautiful interior. Unfortunately, the food couldn't convince us. We ordered takeaway food on Sunday last week. The starters were very good across the board. Unfortunately, the main courses could not convince. We had Chicken Kung Pao, which was extremely dry in the chicken, and Duck Sate. At the duck sate the duck was also very dry, the sauce tasted completely burnt and was really inedible. What annoys me the most: When I wanted to clarify the matter via email the very next day (I think this is understandable with an invoice amount to take away for 2 people of 82 euros!), I didn't even get an answer. I am really very disappointed.

What a beautiful atmosphere and what a fantastic food. The quality justifies the slightly higher prices in any case. The service was also more than great. We will be back! Definitely an asset for Neuhausen.

Unfortunately not a hit! Food average, not very refined and sometimes bland. The duck was very dry! The wine spritzer consisted mainly of water. The prices are not reasonable for that! Only the interior is well done. Sorry, but it can be done better.

Was yesterday at the 5th for the first time in the Jacci. Very tasty food, absolutely recommendable. If not cheap, but definitely worth the money. Only the service could be a little more attentive now and then, that's why I subtracted one star. But we will definitely be back!

We went to Jacci for lunch today and ate really delicious. We had the rice noodles with tofu and chicken with asparagus and rice. Both really excellent. 5 stars for it. However, the waitresses were rather inattentive and not really coordinated (although it wasn't quite full). Overall impression unfortunately only 3 stars.

Quite unfriendly staff... after minor discussion with the staff about sitting outside we decided to leave... so this review ist not for the food quality or the setting of the restaurant... I just think that friendly staff I one of the most important things at a restaurant... this was unfulfilled :-(
